What we collect

When you send the contact form, ask for a quote, sign up for wholesale updates, or apply for a role, we store your name, email address, subject, and message.

The site also sets a short-lived session cookie so the form can be submitted safely. See the Cookie Policy.

Why we use it

We use that information to reply, follow up on a quote or application, and keep a record of the conversation. We do not sell contact details.

Messages are emailed to info@smtsb.com.my and stored on our own system.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as we need them for the conversation and our business records, then delete them.

Your choices
